Emily began practicing Pilates nearly five years ago by accident after taking a mat class that fit her schedule. The introduction was the beginning of a transformative experience. Studying Pilates not only allowed Emily to regain the strength and physique she had before having children, it also re-ignited her passion for mind-body wellness. Emily completed her teacher training through STOTT Pilates, a leading contemporary Pilates program. In addition to Spire, she also teaches at Pilates Durango. Through teaching Pilates, Emily strives to assist others in their journey of self-care and discovery.
