Pilates Schedule

Following is the March Group Pilates schedule.  For the most up to date schedule and to reserve your space in class now, click on the schedule link below.  All classes are 1 hour.  Please reserve springboard classes in advance due to limited class sizes (see link below).  Drop-ins are welcome for mat and circuit classes!

**NOTE: Classes for Saturday March 16th will be cancelled**

Monday:

  • 9:00AM Mat Pilates (Jacki)

Tuesday:

  • 5:00PM Springboard Pilates (Jacki)

Wednesday:

  • 9:00AM Springboard Pilates (Jacki)

Thursday:

  • 5:30PM Circuit Pilates (Jacki)

Friday:

  • 9:00AM Mat Pilates (Jacki)

Saturday:

  • 8:00AM Springboard Pilates (Emily)
  • 9:15AM Mat Pilates (Emily)
