Following is the Group Pilates schedule. For the most up to date schedule and to reserve your space in class now, click on the schedule link below. All classes are 1 hour. Please reserve springboard classes in advance due to limited class sizes (see link below). Drop-ins are welcome for mat classes!
Don’t see something that works for you? We can work with your schedule for private or semi-private lessons, or if you have a group who is all interested in the same time, let us know and we are happy to consider adding class times!
