Pilates Schedule

Following is the Group Pilates schedule.  For the most up to date schedule and to reserve your space in class now, click on the schedule link below.  All classes are 1 hour.  Please reserve springboard classes in advance due to limited class sizes (see link below).  Drop-ins are welcome for mat classes!

Don’t see something that works for you?  We can work with your schedule for private or semi-private lessons, or if you have a group who is all interested in the same time, let us know and we are happy to consider adding class times!

Monday:

  • 9:00AM Mat Pilates (Emily)

Tuesday:

  • 5:00PM Springboard Pilates (Jacki)

Wednesday:

  • 9:00AM Springboard Pilates (Emily)

Friday:

  • 8:30AM Pilates Basic Principles (Jacki)
  • 9:00AM Mat Pilates (Jacki)
